You do not need to have a diagnosed eating disorder to see me; the majority of my clients either haven’t spoken to their doctor about their eating habits, or found that their doctor’s response wasn’t particularly helpful. If you’re concerned about your eating in any way and would like to have a healthier relationship with food, please contact me to discuss how I can support you.

I have a particular interest in working with men who are struggling with their eating. Too many men feel that they can’t ask for, or access, support – this needs to change. You do not need to struggle in silence. I am here to help you.
